Dan was great to work with and held all desired qualities a realtor should have. The most important, honesty. He was always honest when we first stepped into a home. He helped me figure out what I wanted because this was the first home I bought. I went in open minded to each and every home but he reminded me that I need to find something I love. Taking on a mortgage is no joke. So we found something I loved and he jumped on it instantly. He got all additional costs covered by the seller and negotiated some minor fixes as well.
